​Service Provider Responsibility: If any damage occurs to the AC unit during the service due to the technician’s negligence (e.g., breaking a component while dismantling), the service provider is responsible for repairing or restoring it to its previous state.

​Pre-existing Issues: Damage coverage does not apply to pre-existing problems, old/brittle plastic parts that break during standard handling, or internal circuit (PCB) failures due to existing wear and tear.

​Reporting: Any damage must be reported immediately our customer support 01880088999 or via our official platform before the technician leaves the premises to be eligible for a claim.

We are typically provides a service warranty to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

​Service Warranty: 7 Days.

• ​This covers issues directly related to the cleaning, such as water leakage from the indoor unit or improper assembly immediately after the service.

• ​Note on Parts: The warranty applies only to the service (labor). If any spare parts (capacitors, motors, etc.) or gas refills are required, their warranty depends on the manufacturer or the specific part provided.

• ​Validity: The warranty is valid from the date of service completion.
