The Foam Wash is a premium maintenance service designed for units that are heavily used or located near kitchens and busy roads.
- Expanding Foam Application: We apply a non-corrosive, alkaline-based cleaning foam to the cooling coils and evaporator. The foam expands to push out dirt from between the narrow fins.
- Anti-Bacterial Sanitization: The specialized foam kills 99% of mold, fungi, and bacteria, eliminating the "sour smell" often found in older ACs.
- Blower & Tray Degreasing: We use the foam's lifting power to clean the blower fan and drainage tray, removing the "jelly-like" sludge that causes water leaks.
- High-Pressure Rinse: After the chemical action is complete, we use a controlled high-pressure water jet to wash away the dissolved grime and residue.
- Fin Straightening: If your cooling fins are bent, our technicians gently realign them to ensure perfect airflow.
- Drain Line Clearing: Ensuring the condensed water flows out freely to prevent indoor dripping.
