- Deep Jet Wash (Indoor Unit):
- Removal and intensive cleaning of the decorative panel, heavy-duty air filters, and louvers.
- High-pressure chemical-free "Hydro-Jet" wash of the large circular evaporator coils to remove deep-seated dust and microbial growth.
- Mechanical cleaning of the centrifugal fan/blower to restore maximum airflow.
- Drainage & Pump Maintenance:
- Cleaning and disinfecting the large internal drain pan to prevent slime buildup.
- Testing the condensate lift pump (specific to Cassette types) to ensure it is clearing water effectively and preventing ceiling leaks.
- Outdoor Unit (Condenser) Service:
- Industrial-grade pressure wash of the oversized condenser coils to ensure optimal heat exchange and prevent compressor overheating.
- Performance Audit:
- Checking 3-phase electrical connections and magnetic contactors.
- Measuring refrigerant operating pressures and checking the compressor's amperage draw.
