‣ The service was canceled by Technician Technology Ltd. due to unforeseen circumstances.

‣ The user canceled the service within the allowed cancellation timeframe.

 

Non-Refundable Cases:

‣ If the service was completed as per request.

‣ If the user provided incorrect details that led to service failure.

‣ If the cancellation request is made after the allowed timeframe.

 

Refund Processing:

‣ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

‣ Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

‣ A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

 

7. Damage Coverage Policy

Accidental Damage by Technician:

‣ If a technician causes accidental damage to your appliance or property during service, we will assess the claim and, if verified, offer repair or compensation at our discretion.

‣ Users must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

 

Pre-Existing Damage:

‣ Technician Technology Ltd. is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to appliances or property.

‣ The technician may document existing damage before beginning service.

 

Third-Party Liability:

‣ If damage occurs due to third-party negligence (e.g., faulty appliance design or user misuse), Technician Technology Ltd. is not liable.

 

Claim Process:

‣ Users must submit a written claim via email with supporting documents and images.

‣ Claims will be reviewed within 7 business days, and resolution (repair, replacement, or compensation) will be communicated.

‣ Compensation will be based on the current market value of the damaged item, subject to depreciation.

 

 

8. Modifications & Termination

‣ We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
