Warranty & Damage Coverage
Technician Technology Ltd. (Brand: Technician), we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines our commitments to you and the limits of our liability for all repair and maintenance services.
1. Service Warranty (Labor)
We provide a standard 30-day service warranty on all repair work from the date of completion.
- Coverage: If the same technical issue recurs within 30 days due to our repair quality, we will fix it at no additional labor cost.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover new faults, issues caused by voltage fluctuations, or damage resulting from improper use after the technician has left.
2. Spare Parts Warranty
- Genuine Parts: All spare parts (Compressors, PCB boards, Motors, etc.) are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty where applicable.
- Technician Guarantee: If a part provided by us fails within its specific warranty period, we will assist in the replacement process.
- Customer-Provided Parts: We do not provide any warranty or damage coverage for parts purchased or provided by the customer.
3. Damage Coverage (Our Protection Plan)
We treat your home and appliances with the utmost respect. Our coverage includes:
- Accidental Damage: If our technician accidentally damages your appliance's body, internal components, or surrounding property (walls/flooring) during a service, Technician will bear the cost of repair or restoration.
- Verified Faults: Coverage applies only to damages reported within 24 hours of the service visit.
- Inspection Requirement: A supervisor may visit your location to verify the claim before a repair or refund is processed.
4. What is Not Covered (Limitations)
To maintain fair business practices, the following are excluded from our coverage:
- Pre-existing Conditions: Any faults, cracks, or internal wear-and-tear identified during the initial pre-service inspection.
- Third-Party Interference: Any warranty or coverage is immediately void if the appliance is opened or tampered with by any person not authorized by Technician Technology Ltd.
- Natural Disasters/External Factors: Damage caused by fire, floods, lightning, or unstable power supply (high/low voltage) from the main line.
5. How to File a Claim
If you believe your appliance has been damaged or a repair has failed:

- Photo Evidence: If possible, take a photo of the issue for faster processing via our WhatsApp or email.
