Welcome to Technician.com.bd. These terms govern your use of our platform and the professional repair services we provide across Bangladesh. By booking a service, you agree to the following:
1. Service Scope
Technician.com.bd acts as a service provider connecting skilled professionals with customers. We provide repair, installation, and maintenance for electronics, home appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All service requests must be made via our website or official hotline.
- Confirmation is subject to the availability of a technician in your specific area.
- A Visiting Charge applies if the customer decides not to proceed with the service after the technician arrives at the premises.
3. Pricing & Payment
Note: Quoted prices are for labor only unless specified. Cost of spare parts is extra and will be billed based on market rates or provided by the customer.
Payments can be made via Cash, bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer upon completion of the task.
4. Warranty Policy
We offer a 7-day service warranty on most repairs. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will fix it free of charge. This does not cover:
- New issues unrelated to the original service.
- Parts not purchased through Technician.com.bd.
- Damage caused by physical misuse or power surges after the technician leaves.
5. Safety & Access
Customers must ensure a safe working environment. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions are hazardous or if the environment is deemed disrespectful or unsafe.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care, Technician.com.bd is not liable for incidental damages to older appliances that may occur during the standard repair process due to the fragile state of the machine.
